Day 32 - University of Michigan

After packing up and saying goodbye to the Harnjos, we started our drive towards Ann Arbor, stopping to pick up a couple of caches along the way.

When we got to Ann Arbor, and the University of Michigan, we found out there was a huge art fair going on and some streets around the university was closed. We drove around for a while looking for parking, only to find signs with Parking - $20, Parking - $15, and so on. We finally found a $5 parking area, run by the Boy Scouts. Of course, it was further away from the art fair than the more expensive parking spots so we had a nice walk to the University. We found the M-Den, where Jenn bought some UM shirts, then had lunch, and then went looking for a couple of caches. One was an interactive cube sculpture that could be spun around. Kind of looks like the All Spark from the Transformers movie.

Got back to the car and drove over to the football stadium so Jenn could get a pic with a UM sign.
We were then off to Chicago, driving through Indiana.

We stopped in Michigan City, IN for a couple of caches...there's a cache hidden in the photo below.

Finally got into IL, after waiting out some passing thunderstorms in Gary, IN.

Tomorrow, off to Chicago.
