Mmmm...scrapple!
After lunch, my grandma's neighbor brought over a Lhasa Apso she was dogsitting. Her name was Ginger, and she was the sweetest dog. Didn't bark at all. I walked her around the courtyard a couple of times so she could get some exercise. Then we were off to Kitchen Kettle Village, a tourist trap with a jelly shop, smokehouse shop, and other places to spend all your money.
Our first stop was the jelly shop, which has free samples of jellies, jams, marmalades, relishes, salsas, pickles, pies, and other yummy stuff. You can make a meal out of everything you sample.

After purchasing a few jars of jellies, we picked up a cool refreshing birch beer before heading to Immergut Pretzels. We usually share just one but this time we had to have our own.
While we were sitting there, eating our pretzels, we saw this sight at the bank across the street. I bet you don't see this every day at your bank drive thru window:
Not sure what we're doing tomorrow, although there is an ice cream social at the main retirement village building. Mmm...ice cream...

Never share a soft pretzel in PA!
Kitchen Kettle Village! We were there in May during their Rhubarb Festival. (We went as a side trip when we were at Hershey, PA.) That Jams and Jellies store was AWESOME!!
